A walk around Hyde Park

Went to Sydney for a couple of days for a conference and took a couple of walks around Hyde park in the mornings. Not a bad place for a walk, even if it is in Sydney. :-)

A Walk With a Difference

This long weekend there wasn't much in the way of regular walking, but I did get some great exercise carrying bricks up and down a ladder, and walking on the roof to patch up the busted skylights. THANKS HAILSTORM FROM THE DEVIL'S BACKSIDE!!!

Still Walking

Well despite being too busy to blog about it, there's been plenty of walking going on, even the odd bit of cycling. Tomorrow might even be a the day for another stint on the pushy. My legs hurt just thinking about it.
